Visa Appearance

If the applicant is:

• 13 and younger-visa interview is generally not required

• 14-79 Years old-visa interview is required (some exceptions for renewals)

• 80 and younger-visa interview is generally not required

Two (2) Copies- 2"X" Passport Photo

Must be against a white background. The photo must be 2 inches by 2 inches. Wearing eyeglasses is not allowed

US PASSPORT PHOTO SAMPLE

The photo must be taken within the last six (6) months

• Valid Passport

• Accomplished form

• Digital photo (passport-size (35mm x 45mm) and white background)

• Proof of employment (ITR, Certificate of Employment for employees, and business registration documents and permits for self-employed)

• Proof of Financial means (Bank statement, Bank certificate, Land Titles, etc)

• Travel Itinerary

• PSA Copy- Birth Certificate

• PSA Copy-Marriage Certificate

Processing Time

Approximately 14 working days from the time application is received by the embassy (can be extended without prior notice).

• Income Tax Return (ITR).

FOR STUDENTS

• Proof of enrollment

• School ID

FOR RETIREES

• Pension Statement of the latest six (6) months

• Proof of regular income generated by a property for the last six (6) months

FOR MINORS

• PSA/Birth Certificated

• Form that both parents/guardian signed (Notarized)
